im digging my own hell

trying to change your life is a slow boring process. i can now get thru a week and have money left over at the end. my car shouldnt explode anytime soon. i spent two hours going thru the junkyard and didnt feel like i was going to collapse from being fat. work had me worried, but im figuring out what i need to do to not totally stress myself out.

sometimes i need a hug.
